The site shown is a green HRMA ( Hyper Rapid Manufacturing Arm ) technology incubator site where offices, retail, residential, electric vehicle charging, recreation, and light manufacturing are all located in a tight mixed use environment. The close proximity of retail to manufacturing helps create an instant feedback loop for customer appreciate quality control and a chance for the local community to be energized by seeing the entire cycle of technology creation- adoption.
